The concept of the “Hotel Goldener Stern and Stern Bar” combines
Art and hospitality in a unique way, in collaboration with the platformsupportyourlocalartist.ch. The hotel provides supplies every six months
new artworks from local artists to create a dynamic and
create an inspiring environment.

Concept:

Selected artists each create three works, which are both in the
Stern Bar in A1 frame as well as in the 16 hotel roomspresented to everyone.
These change every six months.

Purchasing art:

Guests can purchase an A3 version of the artworks, which are packaged in convenient packaging for transport in a suitcase.

Support Your Local Artist:

Originally created in response to the first COVID-19 lockdown,
The platform offers a network to discover and promote artists from Switzerland. In addition to an onlineeshop, the platform also organizes art markets, operates pop-up stores and art vending machines and also organizes workshops.
